If you’re not completely satisfied with our installation within 90 days, we’ll make it right — adjustments, additional service, or a full removal with refund/credit.
Workmanship Warranty — 12 Months (Installs)
All installation labor is covered for 12 months from the date of install. If an installation-related issue causes a problem, we fix it at no cost to you.
Repair Guarantee — 90 Days (Repairs)
When we fix it, it stays fixed — guaranteed. All repairs are covered by a 90-day labor warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we’ll re-diagnose and make it right at no charge.
Manufacturer Warranties
We register your new equipment so you receive full manufacturer coverage. Typical ranges:
- Parts: 1–10 years
- Compressors: 5–10 years
- Heat exchangers: up to lifetime coverage
Exact terms vary by model — we’ll provide all warranty documents at installation.
What’s Not Covered
- Pre-existing duct, electrical, or gas issues unrelated to our work
- Owner-supplied equipment or parts
- Neglect (e.g., dirty filters, lack of maintenance)
- Damage from flooding, fire, or other external events
