We put our guarantees in plain language because we're proud of them. Here's exactly what you're covered for when you hire Highland.
If you're not completely satisfied with our installation within 90 days, we will make it right — no questions, no runaround. That means adjustments, additional service, or if we truly can't get it right, a full removal with a refund or credit. You have our word on it.
All installation labor is covered for 12 months from the date of install. If any issue can be traced back to our installation work — wiring, refrigerant connections, mounting, ductwork we modified — we come back and fix it at zero cost to you. Permits pulled, work done right, guaranteed.
When we fix it, it stays fixed. All repair labor is covered by a 90-day labor warranty. If the exact same issue returns within 90 days of our repair, we'll re-diagnose and resolve it at no charge — parts and labor. We stand behind our diagnostic work, not just the parts we swap.
New equipment comes with manufacturer coverage — and we handle the registration for you so you never accidentally miss out on it. Typical warranty ranges for the equipment we install:

We believe in being upfront about limitations too. The following are not covered under Highland's workmanship or repair warranties:
- ✗ Pre-existing duct, electrical, or gas issues unrelated to our work
- ✗ Owner-supplied equipment, parts, or materials
- ✗ Neglect — dirty filters, skipped maintenance, restricted airflow
- ✗ Damage from flooding, fire, lightning, or other external events
- ✗ Modifications made to equipment by others after our work
- ✗ Normal wear on consumable parts (filters, belts, batteries)
Requesting warranty service is straightforward. No hoops, no hold music, no third-party dispatch.
